Citadel's Miami Tower to Cost Over $2 Billion, Says Griffin

Citadel’s planned office tower in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood will probably cost around $2.5 billion, according to founder and CEO Ken Griffin. Originally it was supposed to cost $1 billion.
