French 10-Year Yield Could Rise to 4%, Allianz CIO Says

The yield on French 10-year bonds could reach 4% amid more political turmoil following the resignation of Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu, according to Ludovic Subran, chief investment officer and chief economist at Allianz. It’s “too early” to add French risk at this point, Subran tells Bloomberg Television, saying he recommends waiting until 10-year yields exceed at least 4%, and would feel confident re-entering at 4.5% “anytime.”
