SEC Corporate Filings Database Faces ‘Intermittent’ Glitches

Key financial information was sporadically unavailable Monday on the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s corporate filings database.

“Intermittent issues are preventing the display of disseminated filings on SEC.gov. As a result, submissions that have been accepted may not be reflected on SEC.gov,” according to an announcement on the SEC’s website. The regulator didn’t cite a reason for the problems.
